Michael Tichy is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who has been practicing since 2007. He graduated from The Ohio State University, completing his master’s degree after an undergraduate study in psychology and a subsequent career in social psychology research. Highly recommend Lifestance Health and Mike Tichy. After 22 years of many dr’s, mis-diagnoses, and medications that did not work for me; Mike Tichy was the 1st person that finally understood what I’d been trying to explain. In 2021, for the 1st time in my life, I had a correct diagnosis and was put on the correct medications - which was life changing! It felt like someone opened the shades and I could actually function like a normal adult! Until then, I’d been treated purely on symptoms but not the root cause. He is very easy to talk to and treats you like a human being trying to live your best. It’s a shame I had to struggle for 22 years, when there was an answer all along, but I’m very grateful for Mike and how much he has helped me!!

I have worked with provider Mike at Lifestance for many years and I've been very happy. He is a great listener. I feel heard, and he focuses on what is important. I am going through a difficult time right now and he arranged his schedule to see me sooner and came up with an initial plan for me to try. I genuinely feel my provider cares about me and my well-being.
