Grace Tirey, PMHNP-BC, helps individuals and families across Ohio find stability, clarity, and relief through thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at LifeStance Health, she partners with patients to develop medication management plans that support emotional balance, daily functioning, and long-term well-being. Grace treats children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, offering care that is attentive to each stage of life and grounded in respect, collaboration, and safety.

Grace has a strong clinical focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression, helping patients manage symptoms that affect focus, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life. She also speaks Tagalog and Filipino, which allows her to support patients who feel more comfortable communicating in these languages. Outside of clinical work, Grace enjoys reading and traveling, interests that help her stay curious, grounded, and connected.
