Meghan Baron is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She began her career as a psychiatric nurse in 2011 and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2018. Her diverse clinical background includes work in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), giving her a comprehensive understanding of the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and young adults.

She has a special interest in treating anxiety disorders, childhood behavioral disorders, chronic suicidal ideation, and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors. She is especially passionate about working with youth, young adults, and their families as they transition into independent adulthood, and she warmly welcomes members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals with neurodivergences. Creating an inclusive and affirming environment is at the heart of her practice.
