I'm currently a patient in the care of Lifestance Health Services for psychiatric treatment, and I have been in their care for a long time now (about 4-5 years). I am writing this google review, not only in order to express my satisfaction with my experience to them, but also to anyone else who may possibly stumble upon it after they find themselves in need of psychological support and assistance; especially in Pennsylvania. I highly recommend Lifestance to all of my friends and family who also have had issues with their mental health, and more specifically, I recommend them to seek help from my personal psychiatrist, Dr. Annah Murage PhD, but she is only one of a plethora of doctors who are able and willing to help patients out, regardless of what their condition or circumstances may be. Before I had come across Lifestance, I had went through years of not being able to find any psychiatrist/psychologist who could provide me with the correct care I needed and felt that I was deserving of; Lefstance completely changed my life for the better and I am grateful for the help and support they have provided me with throughout the more recent years of my mental health journey. I am also more than happy to share my thoughts and experiences with others who are experiencing the same issues and struggles I have. God bless everyone who is trying their hardest; I believe in you! Lastly, God bless Dr. Annah Murage, who has singlehandedly made an incredible contribution to the betterment of my quality of life and my psychological wellbeing!!

I have had a great experience with Lifestance. It is convenient to be able to have almost exclusively telehealth visits to fit my schedule, but to also have the option of coming in to the office, unlike a lot of other places. My medication management from NP Annah Murage has been the best med management of my life. She truly listens to me and understands all the aspects of my complicated life and current circumstances/stressors. I have never felt more heard and truly understood by a psychiatric professional before. She also looks at my total health and wellbeing and is not just treating symptoms or trying to put my unique experience into a limited by the book treatment.

Dr. Murage is an absolute GEM! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care she provides. Since working with her, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of myself, built up my confidence, and learned strategies to cope with my diagnosis—and my life has drastically improved because of it. Beyond her expertise, she is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person who offers small but powerful insights that guide me through tough times. I am so thankful I found her!

I’ve been seeing Annah for a while now. I go in person instead of tele-health. I love that I have that option. I’m going through something right now and I had an appointment earlier today. She is so easy to talk to and has helped me greatly. She really knows what she is doing. Highly recommended!
