Colin Kelly, Nurse Practitioner
Colin Kelly helps patients find stability, clarity, and symptom relief through thoughtful psychiatric medication management tailored to their unique needs. Practicing at LifeStance Health and serving patients across Tennessee, Colin works collaboratively with individuals and families to address mental health concerns with compassion, precision, and respect. As a prescriber, Colin supports children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, carefully adjusting treatment plans to fit each stage of life. A central focus of Colinās work is supporting individuals who are recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital or involved in court-ordered treatment. Colin is especially passionate about helping patients navigate these high-risk transitions, providing structured, reliable medication management and close follow-up to promote safety, continuity of care, and long-term stability. This work often includes coordination with families, legal systems, and other providers to reduce relapse and support recovery. Colin treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions, with particular expertise in ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression, while also providing medication management for alcohol and drug use issues. Patients may seek care for additional mental health concerns beyond these areas. Interventions may include medication management integrated with mindfulness and faith-based treatment approaches when clinically appropriate and aligned with patient values. In addition to treating individuals across the lifespan, Colin has experience working with select populations such as military members and veterans, first responders, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, while offering care to many others as well. Colin has been practicing since 2009 and brings years of clinical experience to each appointment. Outside of clinical work, Colin enjoys spending time with family, singing, and baking, bringing a grounded and human approach to patient care. Colin Kelly continues to provide psychiatric medication management services to children, teens, adults, and seniors throughout Tennessee at LifeStance Health.
