Javanna Armstrong is a compassionate and experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner who helps adults and seniors in Texas manage their mental health with expert medication management and supportive care. Through her role at LifeStance Health, she works closely with individuals aged 41 and older to address challenges related to anxiety and depression, tailoring treatment to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.
