Jackquelyn Williams, Nurse Practitioner
Jackquelyn Williams is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health who serves adolescents across Texas through personalized psychiatric medication management and supportive care. She provides specialized treatment for teens facing complex mental health challenges, tailoring each care plan to fit the unique needs of her patients. With a warm and nonjudgmental approach, Jackquelyn creates a safe space for adolescents to explore their experiences, gain insight, and work toward emotional and behavioral stability. Jackquelyn is especially passionate about addressing the unique mental health needs of teens navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. With experience in both mental health and family medicine, she brings a well-rounded perspective to treatment, ensuring physical and psychological factors are both considered in the healing process. Her expertise also includes support for teens experiencing psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and sleep disorders. Jackquelyn is committed to helping young people and their families understand their conditions, improve functioning, and build long-term wellness through medication management and evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She provides affirming and inclusive care to diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ youth, adolescents in foster care or adoption settings, and teens with developmental disabilities. Her work also extends to supporting first responders and military families, where she understands the added layers of stress and trauma these individuals often face. Jackquelyn offers additional services and clinical insight to support those with co-occurring or complex needs. Outside of her clinical role, Jackquelyn enjoys challenging herself through new experiences and is currently teaching herself to play acoustic guitar. She also finds inspiration in reading and is devoted to encouraging others to live fully and authentically.
