Rahab Mbugua is Dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University. She fosters a safe environment and an easy-going communication style that makes it easy for patients to express themselves. She believes the patient is an expert on his/her health and the goal is to work with the patient to navigate the mental health difficulties in his/her life. Her approach to mental health involves various therapy modalities, medication management, or both. Suppose you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, ADHD, ADD, bipolar, grief, adjustment disorder, and an eating disorder, among other symptoms. In that case, Rahab provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and other complementary therapies.
