Thomas Michael Hageman, Nurse Practitioner

Thomas (Tom) Hageman graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP. Previous background also includes a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Hageman has experience working with adults and adolescents, of all cultural backgrounds, suffering from depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, suicidality and life stressors, along with experience working with those in the LGBTQ community. Mr. Hageman is a board-certified psychiatric NP that focuses on providing wholistic, patient-centered, evidence-based care by collaborating with the patient and treatment team. Tom utilizes medication management as well as cognitive behavioral therapies to address concerns or issues. Mr. Hageman does not prescribe long term benzodiazepine and hypnotic medications. He does NOT complete FMLA or DISABILITY paperwork. Lastly, Tom does not treat individuals with a diagnosis of Autism. Mr. Hageman is a sports fanatic that enjoys rooting on his favorite teams throughout the year and attending games whenever he can. His hobbies include playing sports, traveling, and playing the piano.
