Brandy Gomez, Nurse Practitioner
Brandy Gomez is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health who provides medication management for adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Texas. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, she supports individuals navigating complex mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Brandy works collaboratively with her patients to find effective, sustainable solutions that promote long-term emotional and physical wellness. Brandy is especially passionate about supporting those struggling with the effects of trauma, substance use, and co-occurring medical or neurological conditions. She brings specialized expertise in managing mental health conditions related to pain, sleep disturbances, and postpartum transitions, and has helped many patients regain stability after experiencing psychosis or chronic stress. Her clinical experience includes working with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities, head injuries, and those recovering from military or first responder-related trauma. In addition to her core areas of focus, Brandy also provides psychiatric care for individuals living with ADHD, eating disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She works with adults and teens from varied backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, foster care and adoption settings, and those adjusting to major life transitions. Brandy’s care is rooted in dignity, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for the resilience of each individual she treats. Outside of her work, Brandy enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, biking, and running—as well as relaxing with her friends, family, and beloved animals. Her calm, grounded presence and dedication to service are evident in every interaction. She proudly serves patients across Texas through LifeStance Health.
