Tarnesha Lee helps patients find stability, clarity, and relief from mental health symptoms through thoughtful, individualized medication management. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she serves teens, adults, and seniors across Texas, providing psychiatric care that supports emotional balance, improved daily functioning, and long-term wellness. Her style is attentive and collaborative, ensuring each treatment plan aligns with the patient’s goals, medical history, and lived experience. Tarnesha is especially passionate about treating ADHD and complex mood conditions, including depression and bipolar disorder. She understands how difficulties with focus, emotional regulation, and energy can disrupt relationships, work, and self-confidence. By carefully evaluating symptoms and medication response over time, she helps patients gain better control over attention, mood stability, and sleep, while minimizing side effects and supporting overall quality of life.
