Allison Bonham is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults across Utah find stability, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being through her work at LifeStance Health. Offering medication management and compassionate psychiatric care, Allison partners with patients to address a wide range of mental health needs, providing tailored, evidence-based treatments to support lasting positive change. Her empathetic and thorough approach ensures individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey to better mental health. Allison is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex conditions such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma. She approaches each case with a blend of clinical expertise and deep compassion, recognizing the unique impact these challenges can have across every stage of life. Allison is committed to helping her patients develop effective coping strategies, manage symptoms, and improve overall quality of life by combining medication management with supportive therapies. In her work, Allison serves a diverse range of populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and women. She incorporates interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques into her care, offering a holistic approach to healing. In addition to her specialties, Allison provides support for additional mental health concerns and offers testing services as part of her comprehensive care model. Outside of her clinical work, Allison enjoys playing and composing music on the piano, spending time outdoors hiking and appreciating nature, and creating meaningful connections with friends and family.
