I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My experience includes Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD. I believe that together we can work to establish a medication regimen designed to increase your quality of life and minimize symptom presentation. I treat adult patients 21-55 years old. I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing that includes a focused concentration on Psychiatric Mental Health. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
I will always strive to make you feel comfortable and at ease while we work together. I understand the angst that can sometimes be present when starting mental health treatment and will work with you to alleviate any discomfort. I realize no two patients are alike and treatment is not a one size fits all and will tailor a plan specifically for your needs.
I believe in you and I believe in your ability to recover even though your present suffering may serve to limit your insight in that recovery. I know struggling can feel dark, scary, lonely, and even painful. I am sensitive to that suffering. I believe that with proper medication management, and counseling, your present suffering can become a distant memory.
