Caroline Isoe, PMHNP, helps individuals in Virginia find effective, personalized solutions to emotional and behavioral health challenges through medication management. Caroline is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating the complexities of trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. She recognizes the profound impact these conditions can have on daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. With a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, Caroline helps patients stabilize symptoms, regain control, and build a healthier future. Her work with military and veteran populations, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum, reflects her dedication to inclusive, tailored care. In addition to her core specialties, Caroline also treats a range of concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, post-partum mood issues, psychosis, and sleep disorders. She integrates mindfulness-based techniques into treatment to help patients manage stress, improve focus, and develop resilience. Caroline treats children and adolescents aged 11 and up, along with adults and seniors, and offers additional support for grief, hoarding, and childhood behavioral challenges.
