My start with LifeStance started out extremely messed up. Missed appointments due to mixups, five of them, not my fault, after nearly 8 months I finally had my first therapy appointment. Maybe there was some Divine providence going on, but the therapist that was assigned to me couldn’t be a more perfect match, and I now am working with two people who are great to work with. This is my first experience with counseling at age 72, and it started out so badly, one more mistake and I would have run forever turning my back on all of this. But I recognize I need help, in order to get that help I had to reach out, help myself, It took all I had to push through the continual errors! Made by Life Stance. My therapist, Andrea Goddard has been a wonderful funny, fun, easy person to talk to, we are discovering so much in common! My Psychiatrist is a pleasure to talk to. We are still working on medications that may work. I find myself looking forward to my therapy sessions! Thank you Andrea, for being there.

I have nothing but positive feedback and appreciation for Tara, whom listens to how I am feeling and takes into consideration concerns, gives feedback and has an amazing *bedside manner* truly cares about her patients. Should definitely consider their office if thinking of starting therapy / counseling. I truly feel better being able to have my appointments with herself and Abbie HAMBRIGHT.

Tara is a caring and empathetic provider in addition to being very knowledgeable and up to date regarding medications and disorders! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of psychiatry services. I also like that both in person and Telehealth visits are available to fit my schedule!

Tara is always so very kind and understanding. I always feel safe talking to her and feel confident in my medication’s and the decisions and discussions regarding my medication’s. She is a wonderful, caring psychiatrist. Life stance should be so lucky to have her with them!

Typically I hate new visits and I come away feeling judged but my visit really felt like I was talking to a friend. Tara is great! She's friendly and empathetic, not robotic like many I have seen in the past. I will be happy to continue my care here.

We were very pleased with our first appointment with Tara Barrentine Psychiatric N..P. at Life Stance in Federal Way. But as for long tall steps going up to the parking area. My wife almost could not climb them. Lord Dragoni and Lady Bonnie
