Christopher Wojnar, MSN, APNP, PMHNP-BC, helps adults across Wisconsin stabilize symptoms, regain clarity, and move forward with confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management. Practicing at LifeStance Health, he partners with patients ages 18 through 64 to address both acute concerns and long-term mental health needs, offering care that is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in careful clinical assessment for individuals throughout Wisconsin. He is deeply committed to continuity of care during this vulnerable transition, helping patients navigate medication changes, reduce the risk of relapse, and re-establish daily functioning. His approach emphasizes safety planning, close monitoring, and compassionate follow-up to support recovery and reduce rehospitalization while patients reintegrate into their lives and communities. Christopher specializes in treating depression, anxiety disorders, and ADHD, while also addressing complex presentations that may include bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, sleep disorders, or stress related to medical conditions. He has particular experience working with healthcare professionals and first responders facing burnout, high occupational stress, or compassion fatigue, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. His care integrates medication management with principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and he offers additional treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
