Sylvester Ndifor, Nurse Practitioner

Sylvester Ndifor, APNP, PMHNP-BC, helps patients across Wisconsin achieve greater emotional balance and improved daily functioning through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a prescriber with LifeStance Health, he partners with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors to address a wide range of mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans that support everyone’s goals and lived experiences. His clinical approach emphasizes the treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting individuals navigating complex challenges like bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use concerns. Sylvester integrates medication management with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to promote meaningful, lasting progress. He also provides higher levels of care through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) when clinically appropriate and offers additional services to meet diverse patient needs. He has experience supporting individuals within the autism spectrum, military and veteran communities, and LGBTQ+ populations, and he remains attentive to the unique factors that shape each person’s mental health journey.
