Fauzia Green, Nurse Practitioner

Fauzia Green, PMHNP, provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents, and adults across Wisconsin. She partners with individuals and families to help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders through personalized medication management. With a warm, attentive approach, she supports each patient in identifying their goals and finding relief from mental health symptoms that impact daily functioning and relationships. Fauzia has a strong clinical focus on complex mood and behavioral conditions. She is particularly passionate about helping patients manage bipolar disorder, psychosis or schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Fauzia ensures her treatment plans are collaborative, inclusive, and tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances and values. In addition to her core areas of expertise, Fauzia works with a wide range of populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, those navigating adoption or foster care, and members of the LGBTQ+ and military/veteran communities. Her approach is also grounded in respect for cultural and spiritual diversity, offering Christian counseling when requested. Fauzia supports clients with grief, substance use issues, PTSD, childhood behavior concerns, and sleep disorders, among other challenges. Fluent in Akan and Twi, Fauzia is dedicated to fostering an accessible and inclusive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys watching movies, tackling home improvement projects, and spending quality time with her family.
