Amy Glass, PhD provides compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and young adults in Maryland. She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges, creating a supportive environment where clients can develop coping strategies and gain confidence in managing their emotions. With a deep understanding of child and adolescent development, she assists young clients in addressing school-related stress, peer and family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns. Amy has extensive experience working with individuals facing complex challenges, including PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. She is particularly passionate about supporting children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and those in foster or adoptive families. She also provides psychological testing services to assess learning difficulties, behavioral concerns, and emotional well-being, ensuring tailored recommendations for treatment and support. For those struggling with gender identity concerns, grief, or school avoidance, Amy offers a compassionate, individualized approach that helps clients feel heard and validated. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to empower individuals to build resilience and find practical solutions to life’s challenges.
