Christine Bannon-Nation is a Psychologist Associate at LifeStance Health, dedicated to helping individuals and families across Maryland achieve emotional wellness and lasting personal growth. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to promote emotional regulation, healthy thought patterns, and resilience. Christine also offers psychological testing and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as part of her comprehensive approach to care, ensuring that treatment is informed, personalized, and holistic. In addition to her broad clinical expertise, Christine is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating ADHD, substance use issues, and complex trauma.
