Dr. Aigner Allen is a Post Doctorate Psychology Fellow in Pennsylvania who has been practicing as a Master’s level clinician since 2020. She received her Psy.D. in Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2023. Dr. Allen’s diverse background across various settings in education and community mental health settings allows her to create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space for individuals seeking support and growth.

Do you engage in negative self-talk? Have you felt stressed, overwhelmed, sad, and confused? Do you tend to overthink? Do you not feel like yourself? Have you experienced trauma? Dr. Allen specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, PTSD, dealing with life transitions, and other trauma disorders. She is passionate about working with adolescents and emerging adults (ages 11-35) and individuals who have experienced Trauma.

Outside of being a Psychologist, Dr. Allen enjoys journaling, watching movies, rewatching all Harry Potter and Marvel movies, being outdoors, listening to R&B music, and reading in her free time.
