Her approach includes several therapeutic modalities depending on the individual needs of her clients (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Pain, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Rachel often consults with parents, schools, and healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her boyfriend, attending concerts, going for walks, and reading about medical topics.
