I felt comfortable right away when Dr.Gray came to get me from the waiting room. Something about him — I think it was his calm, quiet demeanor. He didn’t scare me. During the visit, he was not in a hurry or rushed. He seemed interested in learning the reasons for my anxiety and depression, and he offered to help me with medication and asked if I would like to see a therapist in your office, which I agreed to see someone there. I thought it was odd that there were no plaques or pictures in his office though, but I figured the reason was probably so the patient could focus on the conversation during the visit. However, a few interesting, colorful pictures might lighten the atmosphere and help the patient to relax a little. I remember being a little tense, but it was a good visit.

Dr. Gray is a wise, insightful, and respectful human being. Her is accommodating and helpful, yet also challenging and perceptive. He knows his business and takes it seriously, while also being committed to knowing his patients and taking them just as seriously. In my experience this balance is rare.

I am very impressed by LifeStance and my Doctor, Dr. Grey, the waiting room is welcoming and my doctor actually listens to me. I greatly appreciate Dr. Grey for the help he has given me and everyone in the office is so nice. I recommend trying LifeStance before you go anywhere else.

The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and quick to listen. He was also able to put into words issues I weren't able to articulate myself. Highly recommended and as a result of this my entire family will now be seeking treatment at this facility

I was very pleased by my experience today with Dr Gray. He made me feel comfortable and not judged. Put my nerves at ease and i felt heard. Didn't make me feel rushed either like some doctors do.

The atmosphere is serene. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable at their job. My Dr. Gray is easy to talk to and helpful. I recommend this to anyone who has the need for counseling.
