Arielle Pokossy, Psychiatrist

Arielle Pokossy is a compassionate psychiatrist who offers personalized medication management to adults across Massachusetts through LifeStance Health. She works with individuals ages 18 and up, including college-aged young adults, working professionals, and seniors, providing thoughtful psychiatric care that prioritizes each person’s lived experience, goals, and emotional well-being. Dr. Pokossy believes in a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach, helping patients understand their diagnoses and make informed decisions about their mental health care. She is particularly passionate about treating mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety.
