Dr. Keith Lowenstein is board certified in psychiatry and integrative medicine. He works with individuals who would like to optimize their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. He understands that life’s small and large traumas can contribute to stress-related physical and psychological disorders. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, obesity medicine, nutrition, breath focused self-regulation, mindfulness, various psychotherapies, and acupuncture, he has a lifelong commitment to a comprehensive approach to human health and development. Dr. Lowenstein has a Bachelor’s degree in fine art, a Master’s degree in divinity with a focus on interfaith traditions and a Doctorate in medicine. Dr. Lowenstein works to address the body, mind and spirit when evaluating and working with patients. He works with each individual to target the most concerning issues while developing a unique integrated wellness plan to foster personal growth and achieve balance in their lives. Outside of work, Dr. Lowenstein enjoys nature, art, science, and spirituality. He continues to study these areas while maintaining an active teaching practice of yogic meditation and humanity’s deep connection with nature.
