Genuinely just a super down-to-earth guy. I wasn't looking for live altering treatment, and I found what I needed here. That being said, I'm confident that this man is capable to address cases of every level. He's open to conversation about a wide variety of fields and is knowledgable on the current literature. There's nothing more I would expect, nor do I leave with questions unanswered, as everything discuss is taken seriously and addressed fully. While the option is there to start doses for any ailment, he is also accommodating to fewer prescriptions, also recommending treatments that don't require pills at all. I found that exceedingly comforting. Finding a psychiatrist is a difficult and rather grueling process, as you can find negative reviews about just about anyone. I'm not the typical person to leave a review to begin with, but if this helps someone find the treatment they are looking for, I feel confident that you can find that here.

I worked with Dr. Zaman during a difficult period of my life where I was experiencing anxiety, depression and a very difficult phobia that was becoming very detrimental to my every day life along with ever increasing social anxiety. Dr. Zaman was a great help in my journey to recovery, along with a therapist, self work and the drive to never give up until I got my life back again where I could functional more normally as I once did. I can happily say I am now in that place again, feeling good, no longer suffering from my phobias, dealing with a more normal level of every day anxiety and overall just feeling ok

I really appreciate how much time he spends trying to get to know his patients in order to get them the proper help that they need. I feel as though having a younger doctor is very beneficial for me because he's more relatable when it comes to the changes within our society that affects the younger generations. He's very knowledgeable on any topic that I've ever brought up and you can tell that he does his own research outside of the typical criteria. I highly recommend Dr. Zaman because of how he truly listens to my concerns and I don't feel like just a quick or rushed routinely check-up in his schedule.

Dr. Zaman is a excellent psychiatrist who is very professional, polite and addresses all my mental health needs! When I started working with Dr. Zaman I had a lot of mental health issues and imbalances. I suffer from bipolar disorder and ADHD along with other issues from my past. Quickly throughout treatment I was prescribed the correct medications and dosages and now I actually feel “normal”. Dr. Zaman is very knowledgeable and informative. He is also a great listener and gives me the opportunity to talk and discuss my problems and addresses them. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

I met Dr. Zaman after my anxiety and depression became unbearable. I had been to psychiatrists years ago and they really didn't interact with me. Dr. Zaman is a refreshing change. He listens!! He discussed my situation with me and explained why he suggested specific medications. I learned about possible side effects from him. We conversed about my fear of medications and he understood. Dr. Zaman took the time to ease my fears and I'm feeling much better with the medication he suggested. I know he cares about his patients and respects their feelings. I trust him.

I highly recommend Dr. Zaman. He asks the right questions (I know this from seeing many other doctors over the past 40 years), and then he provides helpful suggestions/ solutions to help you, whatever the issue is. He actually educates you while you are in session. I've had other doctors that just wanted to rush through the appointment to get to the next one, but Dr. Zaman is not like that. He wants to actually HELP YOU, the Patient, rather than just treat whatever your symptoms are. He is an excellent doctor.
