Rumsha Hafeez, Psychiatrist

Rumsha Hafeez is a dedicated child, adolescent, and young adult psychiatrist who provides comprehensive medication management to families across Texas. At LifeStance Health, she works closely with patients and their caregivers to develop treatment plans that support mental, emotional, and developmental growth. Dr. Hafeez brings a warm, approachable presence to care, helping children and teens feel heard and supported while empowering families with the tools they need to navigate mental health challenges. She is especially passionate about treating ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, insomnia, substance use issues, and eating disorders—conditions that can deeply affect daily functioning and relationships. Dr. Hafeez takes time to understand each patient’s unique story and tailors her clinical approach to meet their needs, aiming to improve attention, mood stability, sleep quality, and overall well-being. Her treatment style balances evidence-based medication strategies with an empathetic understanding of the individual and their environment. Dr. Hafeez has particular experience working with children on the autism spectrum, youth in foster care or adoptive families, and those with developmental disabilities. She also supports patients experiencing trauma, school avoidance, grief, and mood disorders, and offers additional specialties to meet a wide range of needs.
