Dr. Jennifer Irwin is a general psychiatrist. She graduated from Hartwick College, Summa Cum Laude, with a BA in Biology and Departmental Honors. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She went on to a four year residency program in psychiatry at Henry Ford Health System, completing her training in 1993. Dr. Irwin believes in an integrative and collaborative approach to treating mental disorders. She utilizes the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model and shares her expertise in medication, as well as alternative and complimentary healing modalities, including TMS, Esketamine, exercise, dietary changes, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, skiing, swimming, meditating and yoga and spending time with family and friends.

I had my first appt with Dr. Jennifer Irwin and she was INCREDIBLE! Her staff is also so sweet and helpful! When you call, you’re not talking to a robot but a human person which is amazing! Highly recommend to everyone!
