Tana Dahl, DO, is committed to helping adults and seniors across Wisconsin achieve lasting mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. She provides thoughtful and personalized medication management to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other complex mental health conditions. Dr. Dahl partners closely with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and supported while working collaboratively toward meaningful progress. With specialized experience treating ADHD, alcohol and drug use issues, and sleep disorders, Dr. Dahl understands how these conditions can impact every area of life—from work and relationships to physical health and emotional resilience. She takes a holistic approach to care, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to help patients develop practical tools for managing symptoms and enhancing day-to-day functioning. Dr. Dahl is particularly passionate about supporting individuals living with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, as well as those who have served their communities or country. She offers trauma-informed care for military veterans and first responders, recognizing the unique challenges these populations face. By fostering a nonjudgmental, respectful environment, she empowers each patient to move forward with strength and self-awareness. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Dahl enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
