Aaron is particularly passionate about Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), guiding clients toward developing a kinder, more accepting relationship with themselves. Many of the individuals he works with struggle with intense self-criticism and difficult emotions. Aaron helps them cultivate self-compassion, which fosters emotional healing, reduces distress, and strengthens personal growth. His work is grounded in creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to navigate their challenges with courage and care.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, Aaron tailors treatment to fit each client’s unique needs. Whether addressing ADHD, substance use, or navigating life transitions, he is committed to providing holistic care that supports both immediate relief and long-term well-being.

Outside of his practice, Aaron enjoys engaging in loving-kindness meditation, mindful breathing, exercising, and listening to music. These personal passions enrich his therapeutic work, reflecting his belief in the importance of balance and self-care.
