Neda Vakili, Psychologist
Dr. Neda Vakili, PsyD, helps children, teens, adults, and seniors across California build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and navigate life’s most challenging transitions. As a psychologist at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals and families seeking support with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Her approach blends clinical expertise with warmth and cultural sensitivity, creating a space where patients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
Dr. Vakili specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma, offering tailored treatment plans that address both immediate symptoms and long-term growth. She works closely with children and adolescents experiencing childhood behavior issues or school avoidance, teens managing emotional regulation challenges, and adults facing midlife transitions or relationship stress. She also provides couples therapy and family therapy to strengthen communication and connection. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she equips patients with practical skills to manage distress, improve sleep, and restore balance. Psychological testing is available to support diagnostic clarity and personalized treatment planning.
Her work extends to specialized populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military/veterans. Dr. Vakili also offers services related to alcohol and drug use issues and collaborates as part of a comprehensive care plan when medication management is involved. She is fluent in Greek and Farsi, enhancing her ability to serve California’s diverse communities with culturally responsive care.
Since beginning her practice in 2019, Dr. Vakili has remained committed to integrating research-driven therapies with individualized care. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to experience different cultures, and connecting with her dog, family, and friends.
