Rae Hadley, Psychologist
Dr. Hadley is a clinical psychologist with more than 27 years of experience, specializing in working with adults who are struggling with ADHD, emotional regulation, insomnia, grief and loss, death and dying, depression, anxiety, aging, life transitions, and spirituality. She believes that the relationship and connection between a client and therapist are essential to successful therapy. Her goal is to create a welcoming, trusting space where you can explore the deepest parts of yourself, to question, challenge, heal, forgive, and grow. Dr. Hadley uses a wide variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral and Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychology, mindfulness, mindset shift, spirituality and faith-based counseling, mind-body connection, and many other tools to help you treasure the person you are, and become the person you long to be. She earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees from the Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology in La Mirada, CA. In her free time, Dr. Hadley enjoys learning to play the violin, practices Tai Chi, knits, makes braided rugs, and pretends to boss around two cats.
