Oscar A. Donoso is a Psychologist in California who has been practicing since 2011. He has a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine, a Masters in Counseling in Students Affairs from UCLA, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University, and completed a 2-year Post-doctoral Psychology Fellowship in Early Child Mental Health. Relationships are at the heart of our development throughout the lifespan. Oscar takes a relational and developmental approach using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, CPP, etc.) in working with adults, adolescents, children, and infants.

He specializes in working with individuals and families who have experienced stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety by creating a collaborative alliance that is compassionate and safe, and providing the skills and reflective space to become your best self. Oscar also works with parents/caregivers in helping them strengthen their relationship with their children and addressing behavioral/emotional issues that may be present. Oscar looks forward to establishing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship to help guide clients to the peace and mental wellness they desire.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys going out to listen to live music, hiking, CrossFit, and dining at restaurants with delicious food from around the world.
