Dr. Dineros specializes in helping individuals through later life and midlife transitions, supporting clients as they navigate identity shifts, loss, aging, and evolving roles in family and society. She brings a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological impacts these transitions can bring, using an interpersonal psychotherapy framework enriched by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
