Kristen works from a strength based model to assist people in building on their personal strengths along with helping them create new strengths to aid them in meeting the goals they set that will assist them in living their healthiest life. She creates a non-judgmental space for individuals to explore themselves along with utilizing CBT techniques to facilitate growth and change. Her areas of focus include mood disorders, behavioral disorders, and personality disorders.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and dog, exercising, mountain biking, and going on adventures.
