Sibyl Hewitt helps patients across Colorado navigate emotional challenges with compassionate, evidence based care that supports meaningful change. She works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, offering a grounded therapeutic presence for individuals seeking support with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. As part of her work at LifeStance Health, she is committed to creating a space where patients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward healthier patterns in their daily lives. Her clinical approach is shaped by a deep dedication to helping young people and families address childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and developmental or neurodivergent needs. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, helping them build emotional regulation skills, strengthen communication, and navigate life transitions with greater confidence. Sibyl also provides psychological testing and neuropsychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning for patients across the lifespan. Sibyl integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Exposure based interventions, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of the patient. She frequently incorporates CBT for Insomnia, parenting skills work, and trauma focused strategies to support individuals coping with PTSD, grief, or long standing patterns that interfere with daily functioning. While she focuses on several core specialties, she also offers additional services to meet a wide range of mental health needs within the Colorado community. Outside of her clinical work, Sibyl enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering with friends, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with a game on her Nintendo Switch. She loves spending time with her husband and their cat, Binx, who brings plenty of personality to their home.
