Dr. Antonia Travisano is a Psychologist in Delaware who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, an APA internship through the USAF (JBSA-San Antonio Lackland), an MS in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology. Dr. Travisano can provide client-centered individual therapy to treat a variety of mental health conditions and concerns through the lens of multiple psychological modalities. She has experience using Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, psychodynamic-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. Dr. Travisano can provide psychological assessment (fitness for duty, psychodiagnostic). Additionally, she has some experience with bariatric evaluations and forensic assessments (specifically fitness for duty currently). Dr. Travisano served on active-duty military from 2020 until 2024 conducting individual therapy and psychological assessments and is continuing military service in the reserves. Outside of work, Dr. Travisano enjoys martial arts (Taekwondo, Karate), hiking, kayaking, exploring historic locations and new places, baking/cooking, and spending time with her family.
