Tadd Campbell, Psychologist
Tadd Campbell, Ph.D., helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Delaware build resilience, manage emotional challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. As a licensed psychologist at LifeStance Health, he provides a supportive and collaborative space where individuals and families can address concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression while developing practical skills for daily life. He works with a wide range of ages—from school-aged children to seniors—offering care that is tailored to each stage of life. Dr. Campbell’s clinical approach blends evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. He offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, helping clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate transitions. He has experience supporting diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military or veteran populations, and also provides additional support for a variety of other mental health concerns. In his work with children and adolescents as well as teens, Dr. Campbell focuses on emotional regulation, behavior challenges, and building coping strategies that promote confidence and independence. For adults, he addresses life transitions, stress, and mental health concerns with a focus on sustainable well-being. Psychological testing is also available as part of his comprehensive services when appropriate. Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Campbell values staying active and grounded through alpine and cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, yoga, and mindfulness meditation.
