I am a licensed psychologist with LifeStance Health, and my work focuses primarily on comprehensive psychological testing and evaluation for clients ages 8 and up across Illinois. I provide assessments that help clarify diagnoses, better understand cognitive and emotional functioning, and guide effective treatment planning.

Psychological testing can be especially helpful for individuals experiencing concerns related to attention, anxiety, mood, or trauma. I frequently conduct evaluations for ADHD, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. My goal is to provide clear, thorough answers that help individuals, families, and providers better understand strengths, challenges, and the most appropriate next steps.

In addition to assessment, I incorporate evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based strategies when treatment is part of the care plan.

I work with tweens, teens, adults, and seniors and have experience supporting first responders, military service members and veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to provide thoughtful, affirming, and culturally responsive care for every individual I work with.

Since beginning my practice in 2015, I have been committed to providing evaluations and care that are both compassionate and grounded in clinical research.
