He is also passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety and midlife transitions, offering tailored strategies to promote emotional stability and personal growth. In addition to his expertise in individual therapy, Dr. Amundson provides couples and marital counseling, supporting partners in overcoming relational challenges and strengthening their connections. He also offers gender-affirmative medical readiness evaluations and parenting skills interventions, ensuring that his clients receive the guidance they need at different life stages.
