Dr. Brandon Ehle, Psy.D, helps adolescents, teens, and adults across Michigan build resilience, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. As a licensed psychologist with LifeStance Health, he provides individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs. Serving communities throughout Michigan, Dr. Ehle supports clients facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also helping individuals manage stress, life transitions, and emotional well-being with practical, evidence-based strategies. Dr. Ehle has extensive experience working with teens and adults at various stages of life, including young adults and seniors. His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples/marital counseling, and family therapy to address concerns such as relationship conflict, mood disorders, and adjustment challenges. He creates a collaborative, supportive environment where clients can develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes. In addition to his core specialties, he offers support for a wide range of mental health concerns. He is particularly skilled in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and stress management, as well as adjustment disorders and relationship issues. Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Ehle enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their cockapoo. He values outdoor adventures, wildlife, road trips, playing games, and attending sporting events, which reflect his appreciation for connection, balance, and an active lifestyle.
