William Fahey, Psychologist
William Fahey is a Counseling Psychologist licensed to practice in both New Hampshire (since 2017) and Massachusetts (since 2008). He received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University with a concentration in Marital and Family Therapy. He received his M.A. in General Psychology from Connecticut College and his B.A. in Psychology from American International College. Dr. Fahey completed his predoctoral internship in Clinical Psychology at Western Missouri Mental Health Center with major rotations in Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Fahey has extensive clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples and families. He operates from a mindfulness foundation with an emphasis on teaching individuals skills and strategies to better manage the challenges of life. Stress comes to everyone, so we need to increase emotional resiliency and develop useful strategies for managing difficult times as competently as possible. Dr. Fahey works effectively with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families. He has special interest in ADHD across the lifespan.
