Nancy Colburn, Psychologist
Nancy Colburn is a psychologist who has been practicing since 2000 and works with adults of all ages. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree from Antioch New England Graduate School, and she has an MBA from Columbia University. Nancy utilizes mindfulness in treatment as a basis for expanding self-awareness and the capacity to make positive changes in one’s life, drawing from various approaches to meet the needs of each individual. She works with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and chronic illness. She brings a warm, accepting, positive and collaborative approach into the therapy relationship. She is comfortable working with clients who wish to bring their spiritual beliefs into treatment, whatever they may be, and is experienced in working with people from various cultures, including those for whom English may not be their first language. In her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and caring for her dogs and cats.
