Dr. Hoffman treats children and adolescents, including early childhood and middle school–aged youth, who are experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, and childhood behavior concerns. She also evaluates and supports concerns related to mood and school engagement, including depression and school avoidance. In addition to these primary areas, she offers care for other presenting concerns when clinically appropriate. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each child’s developmental stage and family system. Dr. Hoffman is especially passionate about delivering evidence-based behavioral treatment combined with parent training. She integrates modified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to support neurodiverse children and is attentive to current research on gender differences in autism and ADHD presentations. Treatment is individualized to align with each child’s goals, values, culture, and family context, helping caregivers feel empowered and confident in supporting progress at home and school. Dr. Hoffman utilizes a focused set of interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parenting skills training.
