Janee Stevenson, Psychologist

Janee Stevenson is a licensed psychologist at LifeStance Health who offers personalized care to individuals across Texas. She provides therapy and psychological testing to children, teens, and adults, helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and attention-related concerns. Through a compassionate and structured approach, she collaborates with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting change. Dr. Stevenson has extensive experience supporting individuals living with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as those managing psychosis and schizophrenia. She offers therapeutic services that integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Whether helping someone through a period of grief, struggling with school avoidance, or learning to manage sleep disorders, she creates a safe and nonjudgmental space tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
