Paul Warner, Psychologist
David Warner helps individuals, couples, and families across Utah navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. He provides therapy for teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, offering compassionate support for those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Through a collaborative and insight-driven approach, he empowers clients to build resilience, improve relationships, and develop meaningful coping strategies for daily life. David is particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing alcohol and drug use issues, as well as those managing anxiety or trauma. He understands how these challenges can disrupt relationships, work, and overall well-being, and he provides targeted interventions to help individuals regain control, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate a renewed sense of purpose. His work integrates mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, and existential psychotherapy to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. He also specializes in supporting couples and families through relational challenges. Utilizing evidence-based couples and family therapy techniques, including parent-child interaction strategies, David helps clients improve communication, repair conflicts, and build healthier dynamics. He works with LGBTQ+ individuals, Men, and Military/Veterans, providing affirming and culturally aware care tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. Additional services, including neuropsychological testing are offered when clinically appropriate. Outside of his clinical practice, David enjoys music, cooking, camping, film, fiction, and tackling the New York Times crossword.
