She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which are effective in treating trauma and emotional dysregulation. Additionally, she offers Couples/Marital Counseling, helping partners navigate relationship challenges and improve their communication. Annelise’s integrative approach ensures that each client receives personalized care, addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes of their mental health concerns. Beyond her professional life, Annelise enjoys spending quality time with her husband, dog, and cat.
