Kelsey Mitchell, Therapist
As a clinician, Kelsey believes in the importance of human relationships and in the dignity and worth of each person. She has been working in the mental health field since 2017 doing individual therapy in schools and community clinics. Kelsey specializes in anxiety, depression, and stress reduction. Kelsey believes her role as a clinician is to provide clients with the opportunity, support, and tools necessary to live happy and fulfilled lives. In her work she uses a variety of interventions to best support each client which can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy.
In her free time Kelsey enjoys reading, playing with her Golden Retriever Indie, watching football, and cozy video games.
Kelsey understands the courage involved in seeking help from others and feels privileged to be a part of each personal journey.
