Candida Osias, Therapist
Candida N. Osias helps individuals and families across California find balance, healing, and connection through compassionate and evidence-based therapy. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and seniors, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. At LifeStance Health, Candida offers a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
Candida is deeply passionate about helping clients work through grief, trauma, and women’s issues—areas that often require both sensitivity and strength. She understands how life changes, loss, and unresolved pain can affect mental and emotional well-being. By fostering self-awareness and resilience, Candida guides clients toward healing and personal growth, helping them rediscover hope and confidence.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. Candida also offers faith-based counseling for clients who wish to include spirituality in their healing process. She works with diverse populations, including individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and those affected by developmental disabilities or adoption/foster care experiences.
Outside of her professional life, Candida enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, bike riding, and relaxing at the lake or beach. She also loves to travel and explore the beauty the world has to offer, experiences that inspire her to bring a sense of openness and curiosity into her therapeutic work.
