Melishe Spangenberg is a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health who provides personalized and evidence-based mental health care to children, teens, adults, and seniors across Colorado. She supports individuals and families through life’s most difficult challenges, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns.
